Scranton, Pa. — Jim Bognet has just received the endorsement of the National Right to Life Victory Fund. This is the same organization whose general counsel advocated for forced birth by a 10-year-old Ohio girl who was the victim of rape.
Jim Bognet is certainly the ideal candidate for this extremist group. In fact, he supports a national abortion ban with no exceptions whatsoever. This is the same candidate who called the overturning of Roe v. Wade an “amazing day.”
Cartwright campaign press secretary David Early issued the following statement:
“Bognet’s anti-choice agenda is too extreme for our community. He’s even signed a pledge to pass a national abortion ban with no exceptions for victims of rape, incest or even to save the life of the mother.”
